With the RID deadline fast approaching, no modules to be found and nothing anyone can really add to the discussion anyway, I thought I'd just keep doing what I always do and post some drone 4K aerial cinematography. These are clips from the last 18 months. If there was any Pacific Ocean in the lens, I grabbed it, did some minor edits, found some music and put it together. I have to say, this compilation looks and sounds pretty good. Push it to the biggest TV you have and turn it up. Enjoy and thanks for watching.

Look at the 3 most popular drones on Amazon Today!
Drones are a great tool for aerial photography. They can capture video footage from above and also take photos. But drones also come in handy when surveying land and taking measurements.
These devices are frequently used commercially for mapping large areas and checking construction sites. There are many uses for these devices beyond their business purposes.
Drones can also be great entertainment for friends and family. You have many options to fly these machines, and even explore new areas. Drones can also be used to capture photos and videos of special events or celebrations.
The sky is the limit when it comes to using drones. To learn how to make the most of your drone, read on.
A drone could capture aerial images during sunrise and sunset hours when there isn't much activity on the ground.
Drones are great for taking beautiful photos of landscapes as well as the sky. Some drones cannot fly at night and you may miss amazing views.
To ensure you don't miss out on any potential photo ops, consider flying during sunrise and sunset hours. These times are more conducive to stunning photos of nature, as there are less cars on the road and less people walking about.
You will find it easier to shoot in low light levels.
You won't need to contend with strong winds, rain or snow. All of these factors make daylight perfect to take photos with drones.
However, if you want to capture some nighttime scenes, consider flying during moonlit nights. This will allow you to see the cityscape from a different perspective.
Drone photography is an exciting way to capture images and video footage. However, there are some downsides to flying small aircraft.
The most obvious disadvantage of flying drones is the cost involved. You can spend hundreds, thousands or even millions depending on the drone you choose.
Flying a drone requires training and certification, so you'll need to invest time and money to learn how to operate them safely.
Another downside is safety. Drones are extremely dangerous because they require constant maintenance. If you lose control of your drone while taking photos or filming videos, it could cause serious property damage or injure someone.
It is possible that you spend more time flying a drone than taking photos or filming footage. In addition, you may have limited airspace where you can fly your drone.
Some local governments restrict where you can fly your unmanned aerial vehicle. For example, you cannot fly above 400 feet or within five miles of airports, stadiums, hospitals, prisons, schools, nuclear power plants, dams, or any military bases.
Drones aren’t for everyone. Some people feel uneasy about flying these machines because they fear they might crash or fall out of the sky. Some fear they might hit an object or another person.
If you're not comfortable flying a drone, then maybe you should stick to traditional aerial photography and videography methods instead.
Practice is key to flying a drone. Although drones are much more stable than regular aircraft, pilots still need to get experience. We recommend that you practice indoors, or close to your house, for beginners.
When learning how to fly a drone, you'll need to master three basic skills. These are taking off, hovering and landing.
Taking Off
Simply lift the drone in the air to take off. The button on the controller should be pressed until the drone moves upward. Once the drone reaches a certain height, stop pushing the button.
Hovering
Hovering means keeping the drone steady in midair. Holding down either the left or right triggers while pressing the throttle will allow you to hover. To tilt the drone, hold down both triggers and press the throttle.
Landing
Landing is returning the drone safely back to earth. Release the throttle and turn the controller toward the ground to land. This will cause the drone to slow down and eventually land.
You can fly your drone if you are comfortable with it. You must be careful not that your drone crashes into anything.
Drones are becoming increasingly popular. Drones not only provide incredible aerial shots of homes and businesses but also allow for the delivery of goods and surveillance of large areas. However, drones are still subject to very few regulations. Some states have banned drones entirely, while others have placed restrictions on where they can be used.
While flying drones during daylight hours are relatively safe, there are still risks involved when operating them at night. Drone pilots and others could be at risk if they are flying at night. Because it is hard to spot hazards and obstacles, mistakes made by pilots could cause an accident.
Drones are becoming increasingly popular; therefore, we must learn how to operate them safely. There are two types of drones currently available: fixed-wing androtary-wing. Fixed-wing drones generally have smaller wings and are easier to control than rotary models. A fixed-wing aircraft usually has four propellers. A rotary-wing aircraft has one.
To avoid accidents, you should familiarize yourself with the local laws concerning drone usage. It is also important that you ensure that your drone is within your direct line of sight at all time. Make sure that your drone comes with lights. This makes it easier to spot potential threats. Your camera lens should be protected against any scratches if you plan to take pictures. It is also a good idea to use protective goggles when flying your drone.
Night flying drones poses many dangers. These include collisions with power lines or trees and even buildings. Drones may also lose or fall from the sky. Keep your drone clear of obstructions and close to the ground. Drones can also be affected by wind gusts or sudden weather changes. These factors can affect your drone's flight and lead to it landing on its feet.
Although drones are becoming increasingly popular, they come with potential health risks. For example, the noise emitted by these devices can affect hearing and cause headaches. A drone's vibrations can cause physical and emotional damage. The operator license allows you to fly drones, but it can also lead to legal action and fines.
Follow these guidelines to avoid drone accidents. It is important to keep your drone in your direct view when you fly it. Flying near airports? Be sure to follow any airport regulations. Be extra careful when flying your drone over water, as it increases the chances of a collision.
Drone flights can be regulated by Federal Aviation Administration. Local laws might also apply to drone flight operations. To find out which drone flight rules apply to your state, check with the transportation department.
Most drone owners will need to apply for a FAA licence. The FAA has set forth guidelines for licensing. You can learn more about these guidelines here.
In some states, drone owners must register their drones with government. To learn more, visit our Guide to Drone Registration.
A drone shot is an excellent way to capture amazing images. If done correctly, the results can be even better than photos taken with a DSLR.
But there are ways to improve the quality of your images. You can do this by making sure you are using the right settings for your model.
Some tools and apps can help you edit your photos after taking them. These include software such as Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, which lets you import multiple files at once and adjust each shot individually.
You can also crop and improve individual parts of your photo. This can include removing unwanted objects, changing lighting and contrast.
Snapseed also offers basic editing tools such as cropping or brightness adjustments and color correcting.
The most important aspect in post-processing is to make sure your final product appears professional.
This means knowing how to set your camera correctly and learning how to position yourself properly.
You must also ensure that your lens settings are correct. You might choose a longer focal distance (such as 200mm) if you want to shoot landscapes. If you need to capture close-ups, opt for a shorter focal line (such as 50mm).
You can also learn to shoot in RAW format so you have more control over your final image.
You can create amazing drone images once you have mastered these techniques.
