Elon Musk just declared to stop Starship V1 production! Huge update on V2 ...
SpaceX never slows down. Just after the amazing second orbital flight of the Starship, Elon Musk revealed some new details about the next version of the Raptor engine, as we talked about in our previous episode. But that's not all. Musk also announced that Starship V1 is coming to an end, and teased the next crazy generation of Starship.
On Friday, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk shared a photo of the Starships at Starbase and said: "Four more Starships, the last of V1".
SpaceX first introduced the V1.0 prototype of the Starship in 2020. Before that, they had built several Starship prototypes, but the V1 prototype was the first one designed for an orbital test flight.
In this photo, we can see 28, 29, 30 and 31.
This means that 32 and 33 might be canceled since they are based on the same design.
For the future prototypes, "Version 2 of the ship holds more propellant, reduces dry mass, and improves reliability", Elon Musk tweeted.
We can expect that the new ships will have nine engines instead of six, and carry about 1800 tons of propellant instead of 1200 tons. They will also be longer, reaching 58 meters.
This will make it easier for the booster to return to the launch site and increase the delta-v of Starship when refueled in orbit.
But how will they reduce the dry mass if they make the ships bigger? Well, one possibility is that they will use thinner steel, but that seems unlikely - thinner steel would also need more internal supports, which would add more weight.
Actually, SN 7.2 was tested with 3mm steel instead of 4mm back in January 2021, so maybe they are switching to that.
Also, SpaceX will probably upgrade Starship to have nine engines: six Raptor Vacuums and three Sea Levels. More thrust means less gravity losses during ascent, which means more payload capacity.
Of course, dry mass isn't just the hull, it also includes the engines. But keep in mind that the new Raptors they're working on don't need extra shielding inside the back section, so they might cut down on the dry mass a bit depending on how heavy the new Raptors are.
They could also fit more propellant by shrinking the payload area and/or using the flatter Edomes.
Musk didn't say how much more propellant the newer ships will have, it might not be that much more.
With all the lessons learned from these tests, the next version of Starship and Booster will make this one look like a toy rocket.
I wonder what the next generation after that will be like.

If you are serious about owning your business, then you will soon realize that a great product is vital. If you're going to put yourself out there, you better ensure you've got a killer product.

Most photographers aren't selling their work. They try to convince someone else to purchase their stuff rather than convincing them to do it.

But when you're running your own company, you won't be able to afford to wait for someone else to permit you. You will need to get out there and find customers immediately.

That means you'll need to create a compelling story that helps them figure out why they should buy your products instead of somebody else's.

You'll also need to come up with an effective strategy for marketing those products. But even after you've done all that, you still might fail because you haven't figured out how to price your products correctly.

You might decide to charge too little. You may charge too much. You're likely to make a mistake regardless of which way you go.

To avoid these errors, think like a businessman to avoid them. However, this doesn't mean you must become a businessman. This simply means that you must learn to value your money, time and effort.

It is important to create strategies that will measure the success and failure of your business.

Once you have a good understanding of pricing, you can now focus on creating the best product possible. A product that's both profitable and creative.

Product that solves problems and delivers real benefits.

One that is unique from the rest.

You'll be ready to launch your product once you've created it. You'll also be ready to build your brand.

You should consider buying a drone to take photos. It will allow you to get started as an amateur photographer. You will be able to improve your skills. It will also help to expand your business.

Which drone is best for photography

Drones are an exciting technology that can be used for many purposes. These include aerial photography, filming movies, and even delivery of packages. What makes drones so useful? Well, there are two main reasons why drones are so popular now. They are versatile and easy to use. Drones can be used for thousands of purposes. They can be used for just about any task you might use a regular camera for. They are also very simple to operate. If you have flown a quadcopter before, you already know how simple it is to fly a drone.

Amazing images are another reason drones are so useful. The drone can take amazing photos of places you may not usually visit. These are remote areas that could lead to dangerous situations.

Drones require very little skill to operate. After you have mastered the basics, your drone can be used to take amazing photos no matter where you are. Check out our drone collection if you want to take better photographs.

Which drone do you recommend for beginners?

A drone that doesn't require special skills to fly is the best for beginners. These include drones with an FPV (first person view) camera. This allows you to remotely control your drone from your smartphone.

Some quadcopters were specifically designed for aerial photography. A multirotor model might be a better choice if you want to explore advanced features, such as obstacle avoidance or autonomous flight mode.

The drones come in two price categories: low-cost ones under $100 and high-end ones over $300.

The cheapest models often have limited range and battery life. But the best models are more reliable and can fly longer distances.

The majority of beginners prefer to start with the cheaper options, as they are more easy to use and manage. You might want to spend hours flying your drone, so you might look into purchasing a more expensive model.

How much money do drone photographers make?

Photographers can earn more than $10k depending on how long they fly and where they shoot. You could make as much as $20-30 per hour if you are able to shoot in remote areas like national parks and forests.

An average person makes $15-$25 per hour in retail. This means that you could make $50-$75 flying drones, if you so desired. There are still many ways to make even more. Many drone pilots work for companies that require them fly across the country and even internationally.

Depending on how long you fly and how far you travel, you can expect to pay $100-$300 per flight. You might find it worthwhile if flying is something you enjoy and you also love taking photos.

What are some good places to take photos using a drone?

Drones have become extremely useful tools for capturing breathtaking images of nature and landscapes. Whether you want close-up shots of animals like birds and butterflies or to capture beautiful scenery, drones are ideal.

Mountains, deserts lakes oceans beaches and cities are the best places to fly drones. Drone enthusiasts often capture scenic views of their hometowns and other local attractions.

If you want to see new places, it is worth shooting at night as the lights illuminate the surroundings. You can also try shooting during different seasons, especially winter, when snow blankets the ground.

How To

How can I make my drone pictures look better?

It is possible to capture stunning images with a drone. It can even be better than any photo you take with a camera when done properly.

But there are ways to improve the quality of your images. One is making sure to use the most appropriate settings for your model.

There are many apps and tools available that will help you to edit your photos once they have been taken. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom software is one of these. This software allows you edit multiple photos at once, and lets you adjust each one separately.

You can also crop out and enhance certain parts of your image. You can also remove unwanted objects or adjust lighting and contrast.

Snapseed also offers basic editing tools such as cropping or brightness adjustments and color correcting.

Post-processing is important, but it's also crucial to ensure that your final product looks professional.

This involves knowing how your camera works and how to position yourself correctly.

Also, make sure that you have the right settings for the lens. For example, if you're shooting landscapes, choose a longer focal length (such as 200mm), while if you're shooting close-ups, go for a shorter focal length (such as 50mm).

Finally, learn how to shoot in RAW format because this gives you greater control over the final image.

You can create amazing drone images once you have mastered these techniques.
