Me and my son went for a drive around Tulare County searching for floods, we encountered a lot of sheriffs understandably blocking access to the flooded areas, but we were able to backtrack around the long way around and reach the town of Alpaugh. We were also planning on visiting other areas south of the City of Corcoran, but I had an issue with the drone witch you will see for yourselves on the video.
