My first 3 months in FPV, some crashes but no major damages, lot of soldering and lot of fun.
My background is not technical but I have great passion for new challenges, I had some soldering experience but from more than 10 years ago...
The video that made me go do it, is definitely from @hoardersam10 :
7 Inches from 150$
3.5 inches sub 250gr
Action Camera: Insta360 Ace Pro 2 (I love it, all my friends are absolutely stoked with the video quality)
My builds
The 7 long range top specs, my third build:
- Long Range Rekon7 by HGLRC
- Diatone Mamba F7 APP mk4 + ESC 55A 128K BHeli32
- Tmotor F90 1300KV
- Radiomaster RP4TD ELRS RX
- Walksnail Avatar HD V2 Dual Antenna (swapped antennas with Foxeer Lollipop 4+)
- Walksnail M10 GPS
3.5" sub 250gr, is exactly as Sam has built it in his video, with P1604 Tmotor
The first 7", same as Sam has built it but with Walksnail moonlight 4k instead of analog and GPS.
Goggles: Walksnail X
Batteries: 4S 850mah for the 3.5". For the 7" instead 6S/5S 2200 Lipo, 6S 4500 Li-Ion.
Chargers: Hota D6 and a SkyRC B6 as portable charger.
RC: Radiomaster Poket. I will upgrade to a Boxer as soon as the new model will come out (will have colorful touchscreen as the Jumper T15)
Module: RadioMaster Nomad, a dual TX with both antennas capable of transimiitng either on 2.4G or 900mhz up to 1W each.
