The West Indian Day Parade, one of the biggest displays of Caribbean culture in New York, is set to step off in Brooklyn on Monday. To help keep crowds safe, the NYPD is planning to use drone technology. But not everyone is happy about the decision. PIX11’s Nicole Johnson reports on how the drones will be used.
