How do I fly my drone?
The best way to learn how to fly a drone is by practicing. Although drones are much more stable than regular aircraft, pilots still need to get experience. We recommend that beginners practice indoors or near their home.
There are three essential skills that you need to know in order to fly a Drone. These are taking off, hovering and landing.
Taking Off
Simply lift the drone in the air to take off. Once the drone is moving upward, hold down the button on the controller. Once the drone reaches a certain height, stop pushing the button.
Hovering
Hovering is a way to keep the drone still in midair. To hover, hold down the left or right trigger while pressing the throttle. Tilt the controller to move the drone. Hold down both triggers.
Landing
Landing is the act of returning the drone safely to earth. To land, let go of the throttle and gently tilt the controller towards the ground. This will cause the drone to slow down and eventually land.
Fly your drone as comfortable as possible. Make sure you don't crash into anything.
Can drones capture night shots?
Answer: Yes. It's something we have been doing for years. Since the 1970s, we have been taking photographs at night.
But there is a catch. Night photography requires special equipment. There's no way to do it with any camera that costs less than $10k.
When light strikes an object, it bounces back in various wavelengths.
These wavelengths merge to form white light at long distances from source.
This is how our eyes are able to see colors even when the sun is miles away.
Instead, light reflects narrow bands of wavelengths when it strikes objects that are close to the source. These wavelengths bounce back straight to us, without overlapping.
That means that the closer the object is, the brighter it appears. This is how objects glow when exposed to black light.
The energy an object absorbs determines how much light it reflects. So when light hits an object, it may reflect more blue light than red light.
The human eye is sensitive to blue light the most so objects appear brighter when viewed in black light.
What does this have do with drones, then? Use a very bright light source to photograph dark places, such a forest or cave.
A standard lamp will not provide enough illumination to illuminate the whole scene. It will only give you a shadowed image and nothing else.
A strobe is better for taking great pictures. You won't want to lug around a large flashgun so you will need a smaller one.
These lights are called speedlights due to the fact that they produce flashes light so fast, they can create a stroboscopic effect.
If we say "stroboscopic", you can see the light pulse across the screen. The higher the speed, the better the picture.
We won't be discussing how to set up Speedlights here. There are many tutorials on the internet.
We will tell you to make sure that the subject is properly illuminated in order for a clear photograph.
For this to happen, aim the beam at 45°. The flashgun can be moved to adjust the intensity of the light.
Once you have found the right setting, hold the gun steady while pressing the shutter release button.
Press the shutter once more, just before the flashlight reaches the subject. This will cause the flashgun's flash to go off again, causing it to send out another blast of light.
The first burst is the most visible, and the second captures the moment after the burst has ended.
The end result is a continuous exposure with both bursts light and recorded.
Now that you are able to take photographs during the day, let us move on to night photography.

Most people assume that any images taken at night will look too dark.
This is true even for daytime images.
It doesn't matter whether you're taking pictures at dawn or dusk; the camera will always record a darker image.
