Rubble and debris littered the streets of Ukraine’s northern Chernihiv region, some three weeks after Russia announced it would scale down military operations in the country.
Drone footage captured on Friday (April 22) showed the charred facades of shelled residential buildings and a large crater in grounds of the local football ground, with the tribunes reduced to mounds of rubble.
Clean up operations have been underway in Chernihiv since Russian troops lifted their siege of the city earlier this month.
