My Book:
The goal of this landscape photography adventure is to capture the magnificent autumn colours of Nova Scotia before they fade, the only problem is the barking spider that seems to follow Brent around.
After waking up in a spectacular golden valley, I serenade Amanda with my latest 'Whippets & Chex' rap that's sure to top the Billboard charts. It goes without saying, she loves it.
Brent and I hit the road on a quest for some gorgeous compositions but it's not until Brent becomes a bridge troll that we finally find some worthy shots.
After Brent captures an absolute banger with his medium format Fujifilm GFX50 I refuse to be outdone. This results in me using some underhanded tricks and I confess, a little lie.
After snagging a half-decent shot Brent calls me out on my dishonesty, but having learned from our true Canadian leaders I avoid all accountability by simply refusing to acknowledge my grotesque lies. Turns out it works!
Will my attempts at misdirection result in my fave coffee brand dropping their outrageous prices? Will I ever find that missing lens cap and will Brent ever figure out how to "fit it all in"?
There's really only one way to find out.
Hit play, then hit like.
Thanks for watching

Title: I Got Caught Lying About Landscape Photography
Sourced From: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtHesTS98A0
Look at the 3 best drones on Amazon while they're on sale
Drones are an amazing tool for aerial photography. Drones can be used to capture images and record video footage from the sky. Drones are also useful for surveying land or taking measurements.
These devices are often used commercially to map large areas, or inspect construction sites. There are many uses for these devices beyond their business purposes.
Drones provide entertainment value for friends and families. There are countless ways to fly these machines and explore new places. Drones are also perfect for taking photos and videos of special events and celebrations.
When it comes to drones, the sky is your limit. To learn how to make the most of your drone, read on.
Drone photography is much more than just taking pictures with a drone. It is important to plan and execute a successful drone shooting. From choosing the right location to determining how much insurance you need to carry out a successful aerial shoot.
It is important to check that you have permission for drones to be flown in the area where you intend to shoot. This involves finding out if there are restrictions regarding where you can fly or where your drone can be operated. If there are, you might have to apply for a permit to fly them in the area.
It is also important to verify the laws in your country. Some countries require drone pilot permits, while others restrict the number of flights that can be made within a certain time frame.
Not only will you need permission to fly drones but also where to safely land your drone after each flight. Many local businesses offer landing pads to rent for a fee. You will also get storage space. A dedicated landing pad can also be purchased.
Before you begin shooting, you must decide on the type of drone you want. Different drones come with different features and capabilities. Fixed-wing drones, for example, are less expensive and more controllable, while multirotor drones, on the other hand, are more powerful and stable.
Once you decide which type of drone is best for you, the next step is to determine what equipment you will need. The basic equipment for a drone camera is a remote controller, gimbal, batteries, memory cards, and remote controller.
The gimbal helps stabilize the camera in flight. It makes it simple to take sharp images and not worry about losing the device. To ensure the drone stays stable, the gimbal attaches to its body.
Remote controllers enable you to pilot your drone remotely. These controllers have joysticks and buttons, which allow you to control the drone's direction, speed, direction, and altitude.
The drone's motors, cameras and memory cards power their batteries. They also store the photos that the drone has taken. You'll need enough battery power to ensure clear pictures.
Once you've decided on the equipment you will need, you can start to plan where to take your photos. Do you plan to take photos outdoors or indoors? Are you going to be shooting landscapes or architecture? What are you planning to shoot? All these factors influence the way you need to prepare for your shoot.
If you plan to shoot indoors, lighting is an important consideration. Multiple lights will help lighten a room. Consider placing one large lamp above the subject and another near the center. Another light is close to the floor.
Outside, you need to be aware of wind conditions. Drone pilots could be affected by windy days, as they can be blown off track. It is best to take off only when it is calm.
Think about whether extra equipment is needed when choosing your location. These items will ensure that your drone is level and stable so you don’t lose any quality shots.
An outdoor shoot should be between 10 am to 4 pm. Although there won’t be as many people around at this time, it will still provide enough light for stunning photos.
Let's conclude that drone photography is more than just fun. It can also be extremely useful for taking stunning aerial photos. You can create amazing images by following a few simple steps.
Flying a drone requires practice. Drones are more stable than regular aircraft but it takes practice to become proficient. For beginners, we recommend practicing indoors or close to home.
There are three essential skills that you need to know in order to fly a Drone. These are hovering, landing, and taking off.
Take off
Taking off is simply lifting the drone into the air. To do this, press the button on the controller until the drone starts moving upward. Once the drone is at a certain height stop pressing the button.
Hovering
Hovering refers to keeping the drone in midair. To hover, hold down the left or right trigger while pressing the throttle. To tilt the drone, hold down both triggers and press the throttle.
Landing
Landing is returning the drone safely back to earth. To land, release your throttle and tilt the controller down toward the ground. The drone will slow down and eventually land.
If you feel confident flying your drone, then take it outside. But be careful not to crash into anything.
Drones can be used to capture stunning images of landscapes and nature. Drones can be used to take close-up photos of birds and butterflies, or capture stunning scenery.
Mountain, deserts, lakes and oceans are all great places to use drones. Drone enthusiasts often capture scenic views of their hometowns and other local attractions.
If you want to see new places, it is worth shooting at night as the lights illuminate the surroundings. You could also shoot during other seasons, especially winter when snow blankets.
Photographers trying to make a living from drones face the greatest problem: there aren’t many products available that can solve the problems of flying them. It's not easy to enjoy the experience if you don't have quality equipment or software.
Photographers also need to consider liability and insurance. Many photographers will choose to shoot from the ground. We're talking about a new way to capture images that could lead to you being paid.
Drones are very much like video cameras in how they capture light. Use the same technology to take amazing photos.
Companies have already made great strides to create photo-quality images from above. We've already spoken about DJI, GoPro. We're seeing more companies in the space.
These cameras are not only great for aerial photography, but they also work well on the ground. Every major manufacturer is investing heavily in the development and maintenance of their imaging technologies.
This means you can eventually buy a drone which shoots 4K videos, and takes amazing photographs. This could be already happening. Companies like DJI have been releasing higher-resolution versions of their Phantom series of drones.
DJI has just released the Inspire 2 with a 12-megapixel sensor that can shoot at 5120x3456 pixels. You can also record RAW files at 30 frames per minute, 8-bit format.
So yes, you can make money off of drone photos.
You have two choices if your goal is to fly. You can either rent or buy a large camera package that includes a stabilizer and gimbal, or you could purchase a more expensive camera package.
The first option is great if you plan to shoot a video or film because it gives you complete control over how the shots look. You'll need to pay more, and you will be more dependent upon the pilot.
But what if you want to make sure the shot looks great even though you're not controlling the camera? This is where drones come into play.
A drone is tiny, autonomous aircraft that can fly without the input of an operator and take photos or videos.
They are extremely versatile and can fly very close to buildings to capture images and record footage. They are also capable of flying low above crowds in order to take photos of people.
Drones have incredible capabilities for aerial photography, videography, and other uses. These drones can also be great for marketing as they enable you to create breathtaking visuals that would otherwise need a lot less manpower and equipment.
These can be easily placed in strategic areas to capture breathtaking imagery. You can fly them remotely, which makes it easy to operate.
Some companies even hire drones to photograph weddings. These wedding photographers can take amazing photos of the bride and groom while their drones fly above the ceremony location.
They can also fly the cameras to relatives to capture portraits. They can also fly them over reception areas, capturing beautiful views of your venue.
These activities are perfect for promotional material and event coverage. Drones are also great for making short films. To show clients why you are better than theirs, you could use one.
These are all reasons drones have become increasingly popular in aerial photography and videography. If you are looking to be a professional photographer, then a Drone might be the right choice.
